The founder Rajiv Kumar has been a Certified Canadian Residential Appraiser  since the beginning of Statewide Property Valuation Services Inc. Prior to appraising he was a Mortgage Broker and Realtor so throughout his career he has developed a vast array of knowledge and expertise within the Real Estate Industry. He has built the company from the ground up and personally selected each and every member apart of StateWide Property Valuations Inc. Every member is highly qualified and a standup representative of the appraisal service you can expect from us. They are all licensed & insured appraisers from the Trisura Group as well as a members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Every single member of StateWide Property Valuations is apart of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and therefore abides by the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisers Practice Act set forth by the AIC.
